So did the Königsgraben run from today's Monbijoupark to Jannowitzbrücke where the railway now is?
Approximately yes. Herkulesbrücke, which was later moved to Landwehrkanal near Lützowplatz, used to span the canal right behind where Bhf Hackescher Markt is now.
