These are old words you would have used and encountered once when talking about a Berlin "Kneipe" (bar/pub/boozer/drinking hole/etc).
The etymology of the last one has something to do with a vanished profession of a Kutscher (coachman, cabbie). It comes from the word ausspannen, meaning to unharness a horse or horses, and this is what the cabbies used to do before they made a break and visited their favourite Schenken: while the horses were relaxing and drinking water outside, their masters were doing the same inside - although their water tended to come with hops and yeast already added.
